Spine training is recommended if you:

- have regular limb’s numb,
- have seating job,
- do hard physical work,
- have sedentary lifestyle,
- have bad posture
- do a sport that ticks the spine and joints,
- are overweight,
- have scoliosis,
- have problem like your upper body is twisted,
- asymmetric in the two sides of muscle,
- your body is in progress.
During the spine training at the Balance Movement Center, you can get rid of your complaints and prevent more severe spinal and musculoskeletal problems, spine and cervical hernia, breakdown and serious surgery.
